Can you livestream from a location that doesn’t have internet or power?
Yes, we use bonded internet and portable power to ensure reliability wherever you have your ceremony.
Will you provide a link that we can send to our guests before the wedding?
Yes, we assist you in setting up your own channel or streaming destination or we can use ours. We’ll provide a link with your graphic images ready to share to an unlimited number of virtual guests long before the day - all they need is access to the internet. You can choose to make it a public or private link and whether you allow comments.
Should we meet?
Yes, we’ll set a Zoom meeting to learn more about you, the venue, and your needs. We recommend connecting us directly with your venue contact so we can plan with them. We also require access to the venue 3 hours prior to the ceremony commencing.
Do we still need a photographer or videographer?
We’ll provide you with a professional, full ceremony live online experience and recording but we aren’t photographers or videographers. Ask us who we recommend.
Will we get a copy of the recording?
Yes, we stream in High Definition (1080p) which will remain available to you in perpetuity at the original link, and we will provide you with an offline copy of the original recording. Additionally, you can add a professional 4k edit to your package.
Can you also take care of the audio for us?
Yes, we can provide full audio services, including equipment hire and live audio mixing for your videos, music, celebrant/ speakers, and live musicians. We will bring all of the audio from the physical ceremony into the online livestream experience.
